Even if you stay home when the covid-19 is spreading, you can still stay balanced.

I decided to publish balance lessons videos that anybody can do at home.

All you need is a good sneakers and a flat chair. it's better to work on a floor and not on a carpet.

Each lesson has two sessions, you can do each session separately or one after each other.



Stamping is a fun way to work on your ankles to develop thigh muscles and to do some work with fast movements.
