Bending and arching

Bending is a common daily movement, but we must add arching as balance to the bending.

Balance is the ability to find a center in ourselves, and there is no center if we have only one direction in our body.

The second part is a bit harder than the first one, fill free to do what you can and take breaks when you need them.
